Prince is an Entrepreneur / Marketing Guru, with 12 years of experience in the Media & Marketing Corporate industry. After working for Mfube Publishing ,Results Media Group Highbury Safika , He founded a Media company, Checkmate Media (Pty) Ltd, and began winning a solid client base. His experience spans from having headed up magazines such as the Enterprise Magazine, Black Business Directory, Garry Player Golfers Guide, Wits Business Journal and the Southern Sun Equinox
To assisting luxury brands with the development and execution of their marketing strategies. His clientele has included brands such as Sony, Beats by Dre, Conjure cognac, Monster Energy, Skull Candy, Armand de Brignac, X Box and many more.
He then went on to partner with AKA (Mr. Kiernan Forbes) and founded Beam Group (Pty) Ltd. Beam Group has been in operation for less than a year and the company has achieved exceptional feats in relation to taking AKA's brand to the next level. Other brands falling under the umbrella of Beam Group include the Supa Mega Show, 3rdworld Entertainment, the AKA foundation and Supa Mega Merchandise. Prince continues to apply his craft within the Beam Group space and as a result, Beam Group has already acquired some key clients, including Honor Cognac, Boulevard Champagne, Reebok as well as continuing with the Cruz Vodka partnership.
Thereafter, the next step was to come up with even more innovative ways in which to expand and elevate the AKA brand as well as those of various other celebrities. Prince went on to brainstorm and collaborate on how to do this and this process gave birth to the partnership Prince has now formed with Graeme Hornby in the form of Beam Digital (Pty) Ltd. Prince has a passion for finding new business ideas, implementing them and nurturing them as they grow and become successful. Prince is committed to being instrumental in building the empire of what will be Africa’ biggest mogul. Prince works tirelessly and is always pushing boundaries to reach new heights.
David Miller is the CEO of Micore Mobile, a business which specializes in the supply/repair of mobile devices and training of device repair technicians. David has been instrumental in creating a youth development model with Micore Holdings that closes the gaps in failed initiatives he’s seen in the past.

Before being a founding member at Beam Digital he was the Audit Director at Old Mutual, in charge of the Emerging Markets across Africa, Asia & Latin America for Savings and protection, Investments, Short Term Insurance and Lending businesses for the Group.
Previously he was Group Executive Internal Auditor of the Liberty Group. He was in charge of the Assurance services across the following sectors: Insurance, Asset Management, Institutional, Health, Africa, and Direct Financial Services.
Nirvash was at Ernst & Young from 2001 – 2009 where he became the partner heading up the Pretoria public sector practice.
Dawie Du Toit
Dawie du Toit is the CEO of Micore Engage, a business that provides relevant and value adding digital solutions to clients through mobile devices. Micore Engage therefore makes use of technology in an easy-to-use and accessible manner to change the lives of people.
Dawie has a BSC (Physical Sciences - Physics and Mathematics) degree which he feels has been assisting him during his career, spanning across various industries, with logical and analytical thinking.
Dawie joined the MTN Group and was the co-founder of a revenue center within MTN which acted as a full blown Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP). He expanded and managed this department for several years. It not only became a leading messaging service provider in SA, but also offered international value adding services, focusing on Africa. He also created an environment whereby they’ve partnered with various third parties to offer customized, white-labelled products across SA as well as other African markets.
Dawie left MTN and started doing consulting work to companies such as Thebe Investment Corporation, was part of the Clickatell management team (a leading global WASP), became an on-seller of messaging products and also acted as deal maker between companies

Graeme Hornby is a shareholder and director of MicoreHoldings, which he developed together with Philip Gouws and Sham Lutchman, as an incubator for new, scalable opportunities. Media, technology and consumer engagement is its focus.
An energy and interest in business was sparked very early as he grew up in an entrepreneurial family. After acquiring his Diploma in Horticulture, he ran his own successful landscaping business for over 20 years, becoming a prominent name in the industry. Over the years, he has participated in various Business Partners Entrepreneurs’ Courses and was the recipient of the prestigious Investec Entrepreneur of the Month award in February 2005.
Graeme firmly believes that if one is passionate about what one does, the success will follow. He aims, always, to partner with like-minded people to build and grow opportunities across varied spheres. At present, Africa and Asia are two key focuses, with a love for the opportunities that exist in these two highly populated areas.
